Rachael was absolutely amazing for the opening of Douro & Co. From the start she was professional, quick to reply, and so clear with every detail, which gave me complete peace of mind. She managed to fit us in at very short notice, arrived exactly when she said she would, and worked seamlessly. The balloons she created were absolutely beautiful… they added such a special touch to the space and truly made the event feel complete. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Rachael without hesitation!

We used Rach because she offered the whole package, and she absolutely delivered! The setup was quick and seamless, and everything was tidied up perfectly at the end of the night. The props were top of the range and really made the party come alive. The photo booth was a huge hit — everyone loved it. Couldn’t have asked for better. Totally recommend!
